SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Business days excludes weekend days and holidays observed by the United States Postal Service.   

SHIPPING
Domestic Orders within United States
We ship domestically within the United States via various shipping carriers (primarily United States Postal Service).  Orders will be shipped using the method you selected during your purchase.  Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method you selected.    

International Orders

At this time, we ship internationally to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.  

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

All goods are shipped duties and taxes collect and Crystal's Crafty Creations, LLC is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees or any return shipping.  All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.  No refunds will be given for unexpected import fees.   

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest that you:

  • provide your phone number when placing your order so that customs can reach you when your product arrives.
  • do not ignore carrier requests or refuse your shipment.  There will be no refunds given for returned orders.  

Once items are shipped with a carrier, delivery is outside of our control.  Unfortunately, Crystal's Crafty Creations LLC cannot guarantee a delivery date or time unless you chose a guaranteed delivery shipping option during checkout.

Rates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

If you live near the Blythewood or Columbia area in South Carolina, you may elect to pickup up your order to save on shipping costs.  Please email us at customerservice@cryscraftycreations.com before you order to receive details about local pickup.  

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@cryscraftycreations.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
