RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Non-Personalized or Non-Custom Items
Crystal's Crafty Creations, LLC will accept, for return, exchange or refund, non-personalized and non-custom items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 15 days after delivery to customer. Please note that there are no refunds for shipping costs unless an error was made by Crystal's Crafty Creations, LLC. Customer must pay for the cost of return shipping for exchange orders.
Personalized or Custom Items
Due to the unique nature of these items, no refunds, returns or exchanges are accepted for personalized or custom items unless an error is made by Crystal's Crafty Creations, LLC.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@cryscraftycreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE NON-PERSONALIZED ORDERS:
Submit return or exchange requests by email to customerservice@cryscraftycreations.com. Include your order number in the body of the email. Once we receive your request, we will provide return shipment details.
Once your package is received, we will process your return or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the credit card on file for the original payment. Although we process refunds within 5 business day from the day we receive the items, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to control this.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipping to South Carolina.
